We all have this or that stress to face or deal during the day, let do this step first to bring the peaceful balance back. Press between these two points toward the toes for 3min, if you find some sore point, try to do more on it. 2. Hold your 5 toes in one hand and use other hand palm to massage the tops of them, do this for 100 times. 3. Lay down, massage around belly button clockwise 50 times then counterclockwise 50 times.
4. Now it is time to sleep and do not feel bad if you cannot finish all of these step before you fall sleep. Same here. |
