- Drinking too much coffee or tea, 1 cup is enough, and remembers no later than 1pm.
- Drinking too much water at late of day, may cause frequently wake up during sleep.
- Eating dinner too late, usually dinner is our main family meal, eating later than 7pm and or eating a large portion may cause insomnia.
- Eating too much chocolate. Sugar and cocoa can both cause sleep issues. Especially for kids, don’t give them candy or chocolate late in the day.
- Strenuous exercise late at night. Exercising in the morning has better results.
- Being stressed. Try to walking for about 30mins before sleeping, tell yourself it is time to sleep, and relax.
- Using your cell phone before sleeping, may cause sleep issues.
