Acupressure can be done at your own home, for anyone,but not for pregnant women. for this treatment you can use your fingers, a Q-tip, a Guasha broad, a soft touch pen or any thing that won't hurt your skin.

- Put pressure you can handle at the spots, the best result is to feel some soreness, switch spots at 1 min intervals until complete.
- Only do one arm at a time, you can massage everyday or every other day.
