Our tradition from China loves to use ginger in our tea and dishes. There are two main reasons: 1st warm up to against cold from outside, 2nd also warm up and improve the digest system from inside.
When catch cold, try to have a cup of ginger tea. It will make you sweat out a bit and help recover from the cold easily.
When feel stomach upset or even feel nausea, try a cup of ginger tea can help to relieve those bad feelings.
When get car sick, put one piece of ginger in mouth. It can help to stop the uncomfortable feeling and more enjoy the trip.
