 Moxibustion has been used as a TCM treatment technique in China for thousands of years. It not only treats the disease but it also can be used as an air detox during infectious disease breakout. In China today, the news reports not one health care worker has been infected because they use this and  Chinese herbs daily.

Then how to use it, I usually use moxibustion at the bellybutton area for 10-20mins, then open a window or door to let the smoke out.
kill two birds with one stone :-)

Try to massage these two points for 1 mins each to relief throat itchiness.
